Why all 3
Google counts testers per app: each one needs 12 testers opted in for 14 days straight before it’s allowed on the public Play Store. Joining the group is not the same as opting in — every app needs its own tap. All 3 takes about two minutes, and it’s the whole difference between these launching and not.

It’s open to anyone, no approval needed. Sign in with the same Google account that’s on your phone and tap Join group.

Keep them installed for 14 days
This is the part that actually decides it. The 14 days have to be continuous — if you uninstall or leave the test early, that app’s counter goes back to day zero and everyone else’s two weeks start again. Play them, ignore them, whatever you like — just leave them on the phone.
