1. Introduction

At ItsMeMomo Developer Portfolio (itsmemomo.com), trust is the foundation of our software. This Privacy Policy explains how our apps handle your information. It applies to every app we publish — No WiFi Games, Ludo, Invoice Free, ScamCheck, Bill Vault and PDF Toolkit.

Our apps are not all the same, so this policy does not treat them as if they were. Section 2 covers the apps that collect nothing at all. Section 3 covers the three apps that collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports, and says exactly what those are. In every case, the things you actually create — your invoices, your saved bills, your game progress, anything you paste in — stay on your device and are never sent to us.

2. Apps That Collect Nothing At All

No WiFi Games, ScamCheck, Bill Vault and PDF Toolkit are built privacy-first. They do not collect, store on our servers, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you create or enter stays on your device.

  • No account, no sign-up. You never create an account or give us your identity to use these apps.

  • No internet access. These apps request no internet permission, so your data cannot leave your phone. Your game scores, your saved bills and receipts, your PDFs, and anything you paste into ScamCheck are processed entirely on-device.

  • No analytics, no ads, no trackers. We do not use advertising IDs or third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not participate in data brokerage.

  • Device permissions are local only. Where an app asks for a permission such as notifications, it is solely to work on your device — nothing is transmitted.

PDF Toolkit — a note on your documents. Every document you merge or convert is processed entirely on your device, and we never upload, store or transmit your files or their contents. PDF Toolkit asks you for no device permissions: you pick and save files through Android’s own file picker, and the app has no internet permission, no advertising library and no advertising ID. If we ever add ads to a future version, we will update this policy and the app’s Play Store data-safety details before that version is released.

3. Ludo, Invoice Free & Chandrika — Anonymous Usage Statistics

Ludo, Invoice Free and Chandrika include Google Firebase Analytics, so we can see which features people actually use and where they get stuck. Chandrika also includes Firebase Crashlytics, so that when the app crashes we find out and can fix it. We have tried to keep this as narrow as it can reasonably be, and we would rather tell you exactly what it is than describe it vaguely.

What these apps do send:

  • A random app-instance ID. Generated on your device, not linked to your name, email or Google account, and reset if you reinstall the app.

  • Which screens and features are used, and how long a session lasts — for example that an invoice was exported, or that a game was started. Never what was in it.

  • Your device model, Android version and approximate country, worked out from your IP address. Not a precise location — we cannot see your street, your city or your GPS position.

  • Crash reports — Chandrika only. If the app crashes, Crashlytics sends the technical details of the failure: where in the code it happened, your device model and Android version, and how long the app had been open. It is what lets us fix the crash rather than wait for someone to describe it. It does not include what you were looking at.

What they never send, and this is the part that matters:

  • Your content. Invoice Free never transmits your invoices, your clients, your business details or your amounts. Ludo never transmits your games. Chandrika never transmits your chosen city, your language, or any panchang you looked at — every one of those figures is calculated on your phone. That data is written to your device and stays there.

  • The advertising ID. We switch this off explicitly. These apps do not request the Android advertising ID permission, and we do not use it, so this data cannot be used to build an advertising profile of you.

  • Anything to anyone else. We do not sell, rent or share these statistics, and we do not participate in data brokerage. They exist so we can improve the apps.

Chandrika can also show one notification a day — the day’s tithi, at 6:00 in the morning. It is off unless you switch it on, it is worked out entirely on your phone, and nothing is sent or received to produce it. Turning it off in the app stops it immediately. These apps do request internet permission, which is what makes the statistics above possible — and it is why they are listed separately from the apps in Section 2. There is currently no in-app switch to turn these statistics off; if you would prefer not to send them, uninstalling the app stops it completely. If we add such a switch, or change what is collected, we will update this policy and the app’s Play Store data-safety details before that version is released.

4. Children

Our games are meant for children as well as adults. No WiFi Games and Ludo are declared on Google Play for age groups starting at 6 and up, which means they fall under Google Play’s Families Policy and we hold them to it.

  • We never collect the advertising ID — from anyone, child or adult. Our apps do not request the Android advertising ID permission at all, so this data cannot be used to build an advertising profile of a child or to target ads at them.

  • No WiFi Games collects nothing whatsoever (Section 2). A child can play all of it with no data leaving the device.

  • Ludo collects only the anonymous usage statistics in Section 3 — which screens were used, and a random app-instance ID. We use them purely to understand and improve the app. We do not use them to profile, target, or advertise to anyone, and we never ask a child for a name, email, photo, location or any other personal detail, because the app has no way to enter one.

  • No ads, no purchases, no chat, no accounts in any of our games — so there is nothing for a child to spend money on and no way for a stranger to contact them through our apps.

If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about what your child’s device sends us, please email us — the answer for No WiFi Games is “nothing at all”, and for Ludo it is exactly the list in Section 3.

5. Data Requests

For the apps in Section 2, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our servers — and nothing for us to hand over if we are ever asked, because nothing was ever collected. For Ludo and Invoice Free, the usage statistics in Section 3 are anonymous and are not tied to your identity, so we have no way to find “your” records in order to return or delete them — there is no account and no name attached to them. Uninstalling the app stops any further collection. If you email us for support, we use your email address only to answer you.

We may update this policy as we add new apps; the date above reflects the latest revision.
