Bill Vault turns the shoebox of paper bills every small seller keeps into a tidy monthly record — without typing anything twice. Point the camera at a bill and the phone reads the merchant, the grand total, the date and the GSTIN.
Every guess lands editable next to the photo, so a bad scan is a five-second fix rather than a lost bill. Bills then file themselves under their month, with a running total at the top and category chips for packaging, courier, ads and the rest.
At month end, one tap builds the pack your accountant actually wants: a CSV they can sum in Excel, plus a PDF contact sheet of the bill photos numbered to match the rows. Free, offline, ad-free, and it asks for no permissions at all.

Snap it, don't type it
On-device text recognition reads Indian GST bills — preferring the labelled grand total over the sub-total or a line item, reading day-first dates, and picking up the GSTIN. Amounts are handled to the paisa, because a total that is off by a rupee is worse than no total.
Every month, ready for your CA
Tap "Send to CA" on any month and Bill Vault builds a CSV your accountant can sum straight away plus a PDF contact sheet of the actual bill photos, each numbered to match its row. An accountant with only a spreadsheet asks for the papers; one with only photos retypes them.
Nothing leaves the phone
Bill Vault declares no permissions — not camera, not storage, not internet. Bills are captured through the system camera app and the photo picker, and the recognition model ships inside the app, so your financial papers physically cannot be uploaded anywhere.
